3 Degrees started over a decade ago as one of the industry’s first digital search specialists. Our CEO, Harry saw an emerging market and jumped at the opportunity to start something special. Harry Manson
Founder and CEO
is the CEO of 3 Degrees and has been in the Recruiting Industry for over 13 years. He graduated from Wilfred Laurier University and holds a Masters of Applied Science and Management from Ryerson and Queens University. Harry began his career as a recruitment consultant in the IT space before quickly seeing a need in the market for talent management in what was then “Interactive / New Media”. Harry has been a trusted advisor to many of Canada’s top Marketing Agencies, Digital Start Ups and Innovation Centers of Excellence for over a decade and continues to strive towards bringing the best people to the best companies. In his spare time, Harry prefers Rugby to Hockey, Cider to Beer and can be found supporting various causes including women in technology, environmentalism and the local food movement. His two favorite holidays are Passover and St. Patrick’s day.
Nicole Montini
Manager, Talent and Client Relationships
is the Manager of Client and Talent Relationships at 3 Degrees. She graduated from Brock University’s intensive concurrent education program and is a certified teacher. Although she loves kids and believes in lifelong learning, she had an interest in the private sector and stumbled across recruitment which she believes is her calling. She joined 3 Degrees five years ago and hasn’t looked back since! Nicole has held many positions at 3 Degrees and been involved in a lot of facets of the company which keeps things exciting. She loves that each day is challenging, different, and full of meeting new people. In her spare time she enjoys event planning, baking gluten free delights, working out (so she can eat those gluten free delights), and fawning over her cat Gusgus.
Rina Rovinelli
Operations Manager
is the Operations Manager at 3 Degrees and Executive Assistant to the CEO and a devoted mother to an amazingly, awesome 14 year old daughter. She is the co-founder of Speaker Slam – a monthly Inspirational speaking contest where 8 contestants share their soul on stage, and the founder of “You Pitch like a Girl”, empowering teen girls to know their value, and pitch their strengths. She is passionate about public speaking, devoted to her spirituality and committed to the pursuit of human connection, which she blogs about on www.ttctales.com Her proudest accomplishment is receiving an Employee of the Century award from her boss – which she proudly displays behind her desk
